The short version: MyWellPup has no accounts and no server that stores your data. Everything you type about your dog is calculated right in your browser and never sent to us. We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which parts of the tool get used — that's it. We don't collect your name, we don't sell data, and we never will.
MyWellPup (mywellpup.com) is an independent, evidence-based activity guide for dogs. This policy explains what happens to information when you use it.
When you fill in the guide — breed, weight, age, energy level, current activity, health notes, weather — that information is used only inside your own browser to work out a recommendation. There is no login and no database behind this site, so those details are never uploaded, stored, or seen by us. Close the tab and they're gone.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Google Analytics collects standard, non-identifying information such as:
The "usage" events we send describe the type of answer given (such as life stage or size band), not anything that identifies you or your dog personally.
Google Analytics sets a small number of cookies (for example, _ga) to tell repeat visits apart.
These are used only for the analytics described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings
at any time, and the guide will still work fully without them.

MyWellPup is a general-audience tool about dog care and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
